UniVision Software – Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the UniVision software and related services provided by FLEXTEC HUNGÁRIA Elektronikai Kft. ("Provider", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the UniVision software, you ("User") agree to these Terms.

2. License

The UniVision software is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, the User receives a perpetual (lifetime) license for one PC per activation code.
The trial version is free for 30 days with full functionality.
The license is non-transferable and may not be resold or shared without written permission.

3. Use of Software

The User may use the software for any legal business or personal purpose.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modification of the software is prohibited.
The User is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Activation and Updates

An activation code is required after the 30-day trial to continue using UniVision without limitations.
Updates and bug fixes may be provided at the Provider's discretion.

5. Support

Basic support is available via email at info@flextec.hu or support@uni-vision.hu.
The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the software.

6. Data Protection

UniVision does not collect or transmit user data without consent.
Users are responsible for the security of any data processed with the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of UniVision.

8. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the website.
